The town of Auchterarder (known as the Golf Capital of Perthshire) is less than 2 miles away and only a 25 minute walk if you are feeling energetic! It has all the amenities you might need from a supermarket, post office, butcher, chemist to a selection of cafes, restaurants, beauticians, antique shop, art gallery and a health food shop.

"A lovely cottage, beautifully appointed, in the gorgeous countryside, yet close enough to the village. Excellent for day trips to Glen Coe, Pitlochry, Edinburgh, Braemar and Inveraray. So wonderful to come home to. We adored it!"
